Hints, Tips, and Tricks -
 | First Aid Do's and Don'ts.
 | I have learned that if you apply cold butter/margarine to a boo-boo
that will become a bruise, it will significantly lessen any bruising!
It's amazing but I've tested it so many times and it works! My kids
might have a pinkish mark the next day or so, but I've not seen big old
black and blue marks since I started this application. - Irene |

 | What's your favorite fun and cheap activity for kids?
 | In August, invest in buying spiral notebooks, yes, even the college
ruled ones that will sell 10 for a dollar. Encourage your child to
sketch, draw, write (when older), and if you use one notebook per 6
months, you'll have a wonderful collection of drawings that will show
your child's artistic progress, or a wonderful archive of your child's
interests. - Irene
